Description
Pavlou Kouper Street (Maniatakis property). S. Apostolakou (Director, ΚΔ' ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the results of a small excavation conducted in advance of building work in 2000. Slight remains of a Roman building were located, plus two clay water-pipes (Fig. 1) laid in parallel running north-south. The only finds in addition to pottery were a large quantity of loomweights, a lamp and a bronze coin.
