Molykreio. N. Kaltsas and A. Moustaka (ASA) report on further excavation of the Sanctuary of Poseidon and Athena (Fig. 1). Excavation of the stoa was completed to its foundations and it was confirmed that the E wing, with its 11 surviving bases, was the first to be constructed. There followed construction of the W aisle, its façade bearing 11 wooden columns standing on rectangular stone bases, some of which had a depression to house the column (Fig. 2). The size of the great altar was determined and stones from its construction found, as well as coins of the Aitolians, of Pharsalos, of the Opuntian Lokrians (Fig. 3), Classical and Hellenistic potsherds, an Archaic akroterion, a clay doll and figurines (Fig. 4).
