Report
Grammeni Oxya, Chonoklisia. G. Alexopoulou (then Στ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on autopsy of the previously reported Macedonian tomb, located in woodland northeast of the village. This one-chambered subterranean construction with a vaulted roof had been looted and partially destroyed. The original entrance was on the west side.
At the entrance to the village (at Kalyvia, or Kato Chorio) building remains, scattered pottery and the remains of the potter’s kiln were observed on the surface between the churches of Ag. Dimitris and Ag. Marina.
