Palaiobrousi, property of S. Koutroumanou, Rivio. Chrysovitsa Xiromerou. Maria Gatsi (ΛΣΤ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on discoveries made during the renovation and replacement of water pipes in the Valtos area.
Eight trial trenches brought to light two partially destroyed buildings, some broken bones, and two tiled-roof graves oriented EW (Fig. 1), 8m from one another. A third grave was found near the second. The dating of all three is possibly Byzantine.
