Vaphes Apokoronou, Church of the Agioi Asomatoi A. Fiolitaki (13th ΕΒΑ) reports the discovery of part of the earlier paved floor of the church (dating to the 15th century), with a destruction layer below it containing late 12th-century pottery. Vaphe (or Vafes). M. Andrianakis reports on excavation and repairs at the single-aisled Church of Ag. Asomatoi, built in the 15th century AD. The church is itself sited on the foundations of a comparable earlier church, and is situated amidst ruins and scattered sherds.
