Chalandritsa
Chalandritsa, Agios Konstantinos. Vasileos Argyropoulos (ΣΤ ΕΠΚΑ) reports that a few metres SW of the small church of Agios Konstantinos, a burial pithos was found on an incline with the mouth towards the S and covered with a square slab-like stone. Inside there were a few skeletal remains and one broken two-handled skyphos in many fragments (Fig. 1). After a short survey around the church, it was revealed that there was scattered pottery of the Classical period. Among the sherds there is a fragment of a perirrhanterion (Fig. 2), a conical loom weight, and a miniature pot. Also, in the courtyard of the church, the tops of the walls of an ancient building were visible.
