Nafplion-Synoikismos, 18 Agiou Andreou and G. Tsilikanidou Streets (Ο.Τ. 328, Property of I. Achriani and Co. Ltd). Christos Piteros (Δ'ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the discovery of the southern wall of a Venetian aqueduct preserved over a length of 5.75 m. and aligned on a NW-SE axis. In a deeper layer was found a retaining wall of 1.40 m. in height, in which there were two openings which allowed for water runoff (Fig. 1). These were dressed with poros stones and were 0.38 m. apart. The openings themselves were 0.58-60 m. wide and 0.50 m. high. Both the retaining wall and the openings were built along the bank of a small stream.
