NIKOPOLIS - 2004

Nikopolis (Pappa property). Th. Kontogianni (ΙΒ' ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery of a Roman wall during construction work (probably the collapsed remains of a structure on the neighbouring property). On the boundary with this plot was a further wall of the same construction. Three stone blocks were also found, plus a bronze coin, a little red-painted plaster, and a few plain sherds.
