Report
Kalavryta, Findei (property of K. Papapanagiotou). Georgia Alexopoulou (ΣΤ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the discovery of a Late Byzantine water pipe of 9.35 m. in length and with a width and height of 0.60 m. and 0.13 m. respectively. It was aligned on an E/NE-W/SW axis, with walls built of small stones, tile fragments and mud. It was internally lined with thick plaster and covered with limestone slabs. Concave tiles were laid along on the bottom and along the sides internally while the remains of another pipe were found beneath.
