Kato Achaia, Patriarchou Grigoriou E’ and Athanasiou Diakou Street, O.T. 228 (property of D. Ouna). Adamantia Vasilogamvrou and Vasiliki Tsaknaki (ΣΤ’ ΕΠΚΑ) report on the discovery of the southern part of the fortifications of ancient Dyme, dated to the end of the 4th c. BC. The walls were mostly made of unfired clay bricks on top of a base of sandstone blocks and local limestone, covered by tiles.
