Report
Municipality of Gastouni, Roupaki, Fengies. Christos Matzanas (Ζ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on a burial pithos found on private property, in which there were ten grave goods (lamps, oinochoae etc.) attributed to the Late Classical/Early Hellenistic periods (Figs. 1, 2). The pithos was found on the periphery of a low burial mound, located 5 km. away from the archaeological site of Sostiou where a number of burial mounds have been excavated.
