MAROUSI, Papaflessa and Salaminos - 2008

Marousi, Papaflessa and Salaminos (property of Papazotou). Athena Hatzidimitriou (B’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the discovery of a 5^th c. B.C. child burial. The burial had been placed in a terracotta larnax which also contained a black-glazed lekanis with its lid (Fig. 1). A miniature kotyle, 1 lekythos and 1 squat lekythos had been placed inside the lekanis (Fig. 2).
