Dans la commune d’Amphissa, A. Tsaroucha (Xe éphorie des antiquités préhistoriques et classiques) a mené en 2007 une fouille de sauvetage sur le terrain Zapheiriou, dans le secteur d’Aghia Euthymia, et a mis au jour un segment de rempart de la ville antique de Myonie de Locride occidentale (long. 12,76 m ; haut. 1,50-2 m).
