Chalandri, 133 Pentelis Avenue (O.T. 447, property of D. Erota). M. Pologiorgi (Β’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the discovery of a Classical road (Fig 1). The road could have remained in use in the Hellenistic period. It connected Mt. Penteli with the city and passed through the deme of Phlya. It could have been used for the transportation of Pentelic marble.
