Report
Aigion. 80 N. Plastira Street (property of D. Papageorgiou). A. Vordos (Στ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery of sporadic remains of Hellenistic houses (with walls of two faces of unworked stone bound with mud), with inside the corner of one, a dump of domestic pottery, the base of a pithos in situ, ash and burnt soil (indicating the position of a hearth). In Roman times the site was used for burial: a single tile grave, without goods, was found, oriented east-west.
