Au Sud de Kanalia, au lieu-dit Koryphoula, V. Adrymi-Sismani (XIIIe éphorie des antiquités préhistoriques et classiques) rend compte de la poursuite en 2004 de la fouille du bâtiment à abside (secteur 1). Un petit sondage en profondeur à l’intérieur de la maison a révélé la présence d’une petite tombe à ciste sans mobilier.
