Report
Araxos, Teichos Dymaion. L. Kolonas (Στ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery of a rectangular (10.7x5.5m) Early Helladic I building (9) in the northwest corner of the Mycenaean fortification (the south east part of the building continued beneath the fortification). Tests by the main gate, inside and outside the fortification, revealed successive gravel surfaces inside the gate corresponding with the level of the contemporary approach road.
