KANONI - Avlakia - 2002

Kanoni, Avlakia (Othoni) (Katechi property). A. Papadea (Η’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery at a known Bronze Age site of two mixed strata containing Bronze Age stone (mostly flint) cores, debitage and tools (flakes being more common than blades, and tools relatively poorly represented), plus pottery which is harder to date but likely to be more recent, and tile or similar terracotta (which may include sections of early 20th-century drainpipe).
