Dans le champ Kalaras on a partiellement dégagé en 1971 les vestiges d'un bâtiment à abside, dont le sol est pavé d'une mosaïque à motifs géométriques. Il s'agit, selon toute apparence, d'une villa romaine tardive. La fouille doit être poursuivie après expropriation. ArchDelt 27 (1972) Chron., p. 212-214.
