Messini. P. Themelis (ASA) reports on continuing work at the bishop’s residence, W of the theatre, and the uncovering of the impluvium of the house and the stoa of the atrium, W of which another hall was found, currently of unknown function. After conservation, part of the floor was restored, on which writing had been found indicating: Θεόδουλος ἐπίσκοπος ἐποίει.

Work continued on the temple of Isis to reveal new rooms in the S part of the building, all rectangular and of various dimensions. Future excavation here will bring to light the usage of each room.

Various maintenance works took place to the south at the sanctuary of the Asklepeion. One of the ekklesiasteriα of Asklepios was also restored.
