Deux brefs rapports sur les fouilles sous-marines menées dans le port antique en 1993-1994 par l'Éphorie des antiquités sous-marines en collaboration avec l'Institut australien et la Société archéologique (v. BCH 118 [1994] Chron., p. 761-762 ; 119 [1995] Chron., p. 965) signalent la découverte d'éléments architecturaux appartenant vraisemblablement à des installations portuaires.
