La même année, une fouille d'urgence dans le périmètre de l'antique Lappa a révélé de nouveaux vestiges de constructions (v. BCH 120 [1996] Chron., p. 1343-1344), notamment trois pièces d'un complexe présentant un état de la basse époque hellénistique et un autre du IIIe s. ap. J.-C. AD 50 (1995) [2000] B'2, p. 741-742 [I. Gavrilaki].
