Un pressoir à vin voûté de la période vénitienne a été dégagé récemment par la 13e Éphorie des antiquités byzantines contre l'église Saint-Nicolas, aux abords de l'agglomération. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment allongé (7,50 x 3,20 m) abritant quatre cuves. D'autres pressoirs du même type ont été repérés dans la région. 8e Congrès Crétologique B2, p. 117-128 [K. K. Mylopotamitaki].
