Mamali site, Molykreio. Kilometre position 2 + 750. Foteini Saranti (ΛΣΤ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on discoveries made during construction work on the Ionian Road motorway.
Scattered and fragmentary remains were found here, dating between the prehistoric to early Byzantine periods. Finds were mainly ceramics (including also surface ceramics), and also a hearth area filled with Middle Helladic pottery, and a building (8.25 x 4.65m) filled with Middle Helladic and Late Helladic pottery.
