En 1999, le Service archéologique a effectué des recherches stratigraphiques en trois endroits du site : à l'emplacement du grand autel au sommet de Diaporti, dans le téménos lui-même et au Sud de l'hippodrome, où a été découvert un bâtiment tardif.
