En 1995, une prospection dans l'île a révélé, au sommet d'une colline à Haghios Pantéléimonas Ozias, les restes d'une construction taillée dans le rocher et, à Haghios Isavros Alexis (commune de Magazia), un bâtiment rectangulaire et une tombe à fosse hellénistique qui renfermait un lagynos, une drachme corinthienne en argent (fin du IVe s.-début du IIIe s. av.
