Report
Rhamnous, Chrysina plot. E. Mpanou (B’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports on the discovery of a 4th c. B.C. rock-cut grave (Fig. 1), which lies adjacent to the archaeological site of Rhamnous. The grave, which had been covered with schist plaques, contained a skeleton, 5 unguentaria, a black-glazed kantharos, phialai, plates, a bronze mirror, and numerous bronze and iron nails. The latter attest to the existence of a wooden larnax.
