Report
Georgioupoli. M. Andreadaki-Vlazaki (ΚΕ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery of part of the caldarium of a Roman bath (two rooms lined with waterproof plaster). Two of the seven coins collected date to the reign of Constantios II (317-364): these date the destruction of the building which is associated with the fourth-century earthquake. A marble head of Apollo had previously been found to the east of the property.
