Report
Gavrova (Egnatia Odos section 3.2). E. Adam (ΙΒ’ ΕΠΚΑ) reports the discovery of a small, single-roomed Late Roman structure identified as a military control point, plus four isolated tombs. There were few portable finds. Unrelated Hellenistic and earlier sherds were found low on the south slope of the hill. No further antiquities were revealed in survey of the remainder of the hill and the left bank of the Arachthus river.
