Report

Ano Petroto, Chapel of the Pantokrator(?). A. Koumousi (6th EBA) reports on excavation conducted 1.5km outside the village, to the left of the road to Kalavryta, where local tradition locates the Chapel of the Pantokrator. A single-roomed stone structure with a paved floor had a three-sided apse and a built templon. Ottoman houses were found in the same area, along with a two-storey inn preserving tethering posts for horses.
